Our River Packages
Available March – October
1-2 people
Walk & Wade
Spin casting, float fishing or fly fishing
Spin casting, float fishing, or fly fishing, we will use whatever technique suits you. From the gravel bars to the back eddies, we will cover some ground and chase after some of our favorite species.
1-2 people
Float or Drift
By jetsled or drift boat.
This trip involves using our jetsled or drift boat. The advantage is, we can cover a lot more water and spend more time fishing. Don’t get me wrong, we can still jump out on the gravel bars and combine the boating with the wading. Either way, we are going to frequent our favorite runs and give you the best opportunity to hook fish.
A day on the rivers of the Kootenays
Join us on one of our many rivers to choose from in the area as we take you out into some of the best scenery around. We offer packages for all levels of fishermen and women.
Our walk & wade trips can be experienced on nearby waters and allow us to connect with nature, as we stroll down some paths to our favourite spots on the river. And our float or drift packages will get you to our favourite spots using our jetseld or drift boat. We can still land on the gravel bars and walk and wade also, but using the boats will get us to the spots that people can’t walk into.
With so many rivers to choose from, we are blessed to call the Kootenays home. There are plenty of different species to target in our area. Rainbow Trout, Bull Trout, Cutthroat, Walleye, and Whitefish are only some of the species available. And with options of floating the river or walking the river, we can guarantee we’ve got you covered.
Depending on the time of year and the water conditions, we will choose the river that best suits your request. Our guides are well versed in all techniques to help put you on to fish. So whether you are interested in fly-fishing, spin casting, or just trolling, we can make anything happen.
Join us for an epic day on one our local rivers.

Our Boats & River Equipment
The Jetsled
This 2006 18ft Jet sled made by G3 is the ultimate river fishing boat. Rigged up with a Yamaha 90/65 outboard jet , as well as an 80Lb bow mount Minkota motor to help hold us in the prime fishing spot. A Hummingbird sonar will help us locate structure and fish, and the Garmin gps will take us back to the hotspots.
Rods & Reels
We supply 6ft spinning rods and reels with appropriate line. We can also supply fly rods upon request, although most fly fishers have their own preference and bring their own gear.
Your Guides & Safety
Our guides know these rivers like the back of their hand.
All of our guides have plenty of experience on these waters and safety is our number one priority. Well, that and fishing.
Let our guides take you out to our favourite stretches on our favourite rivers. These guys are top notch guides and love to have fun.
